Seabrook Man Faces Violation on Stolen Property Charge

Andrew W. Smith, 28, of Whittier Drive in Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation on a receiving stolen property charge.

David M. Lovallo, 33, of Portland Street in Portland, ME, was arrested on Oct. 14, for VOP on a second-degree assault charge.

Elvis Rodriguez, 37, of East Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 14, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a reckless conduct with a vehicle charge as well as reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, a vehicle, conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, and reckless conduct.

Jeffrey P. Nickerson, 42, of Sky Mead in Franklin, was arrested on Oct. 13, for VOP on a theft charge and VOP on a burglary charge.

Ashley D. DiFiore, 27, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 11, for OFC cost continue-legal fees.
