Seabrook Man Indicted On 5 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Maine man indicted on arson, other charges in ATM theft case; woman accused of stealing $175K from Newton resident; fraud indictment.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Joshua Matthew Cahill, 33, of Brave Boat Harbor Road in Kittery, Maine, on conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit arson, falsifying physical evidence, theft by unauthorized taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, and conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of working in concert with James Cahill and Morgan Baker (Cahill) to steal money from a Northeast Credit Union ATM in Portsmouth, deleting Facebook Messenger messages, and setting vehicles on fire to distract from the ATM theft on Sept. 5, and Sept. 6, 2022.
Anthony George, 59, of Blacksnake Road in Seabrook on three aggravated felonious sexual assault and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl under 13 between Jan. 1, and Dec. 31, 2020, in Seabrook.

Cheryl J. Giordano, 61, of Michael Drive in Danville on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of obtaining $175,000 from another person in Newton between Dec. 19, 2018, and Dec. 19, 2022.
Nicholas Greenwood, 41, of Debra Avenue in Raymond on a felon in possession of a deadly weapon, possession of fentanyl, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles and drugs on Oct. 14, 2022, in Raymond. Greenwood is a felon due to a receiving stolen property charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2016.

Rene Fortunat Hallee, 51, of Lowell Street in Manchester on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on South Policy Street in Salem at a high rate of speed while running a red light and putting other motorists in danger, on June 30, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Crystal Hammond, 40, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony insurance fraud charge. She was accused of defrauding Progressive by giving them false information about an accident in Portsmouth on May 11, 2022.
Shawn Matthew Harvey Sr., 38, of Fox Cross Lane in Northwood on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member in Northwood on Nov. 7, 2022.
Yosvani Hernandez, 21, of Market Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. In Salem, he was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 25, 2022.
Laura Ann Hillard, 42, of West Main Street in Newton on two forgery and two attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of trying to have her landlord cash $2,000 and $4,000 checks from Southern New Hampshire Services Inc. with false signatures under the impression it was a legitimate disbursement on Oct. 22, 2022, in Newton.
Tinia Jackson, 28, of Glenbridge Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island, on a conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of agreeing with Dennasha Ledo and-or Malkyraah Cornwell to steal merchandise from Ulta in Seabrook on June 28, 2022.
