Concord Man Arrested On Stalking, Cocaine, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Keith J. Robinson, born 1981, of Concord at 10:45 a.m. on May 31, 2020, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and possession of cocaine, a felony. He was arrested again at 6:28 a.m. on June 1 on stalking-domestic violence, breach of bail, two counts of criminal threatening, and two counts of criminal threatening-domestic violence charges after incidents in the North State Street and West Concord area of the city.

Scott Michael Johnson, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 9:54 a.m. on May 30 on a breach of bail charge after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Cayle T. Castor, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on May 29 on simple assault, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Rumford Street.

Rene Fortunat Hallee, born 1972, of Manchester was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on May 27 and charged with forgery, theft by deception-less than $1,000, and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 after an incident at Citizens Bank on South Street.

Dana D. Osmer, born 1995, of Lebanon was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on May 26 on a warrant at 7-Eleven on Village Street in Penacook.

Manika M. Davis, born 1991, of Penacook was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on May 25 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Canton Circle.

Austin Christopher Shelton, born 1995, of Concord was arrested on three warrants at 6:30 a.m. on May 24 on Storrs Street near the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission building.

Ian James Tucker, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on May 19 on simple assault, criminal mischief, and simple assault-domestic violence charges after an incident in the Merrimack Valley High School area of the city.
