Massachusetts Man Indicted On Hampton Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Kittery woman indicted on arson, ATM theft charges; homeless woman accused of stealing vehicles; Boston felon faces threat, weapon charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Antoni Montas Aleman, 25, of Falmouth Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing property from ASA Jewelers in Salem on Feb. 5.
Morgan Jacqueline Baker (Cahill), 31, of Cherry Lane in Kittery, Maine, on conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit arson, conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence, falsifying physical evidence, and two accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of agreeing with Joshua Cahill and James Cahill to set fire to vehicles to draw emergency services away from an ATM on Sept. 5, and Sept. 6, 2022; to place fake signs to close the parking lot of a credit union on Sept. 5, 2022; to steal money from an ATM in Portsmouth on Sept. 6, 2022; to remove communications from Facebook messenger about the crime between Sept. 6, and Nov. 16, 2022, according to the indictment.

Joshua John Brazeau, 30, of Blodget Street in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check from CT LLC with Citizens Bank for $7,831.40 on Aug. 11, 2022, in Salem.
Dylan Bryant, 29, of Halford Street in Gardner, MA, on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman in Hampton between May 28, and May 30, 2022.

Taylor Leigh Carr, 26, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing a 2009 Scion XD and a 2022 Ram 150 truck on Dec. 26, 2022, from Londonderry and a Honda Civic from Grenier Hydraulics in Londonderry on Jan. 15. Paul Nathaniel Clayton, 37, of South Road in Fremont on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Fremont on Dec. 6, 2022.
Joshua M. Cloutman, 31, of Cedar Street in Haverhill, MA, on 160 theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, as well as five loitering and prowling charges. He was accused of stealing items from vehicles on Warner Hill Road, Hunter Drive, and Island Pond Road in Derry between Nov. 7, and Nov. 8, 2021, after previously being convicted twice before on theft charges. He was also accused of retaining a stolen Honda CR-V and 2020 Chevrolet Equinox in Derry between Nov. 7, and Nov. 8, 2021.
Tyrome J. Coleman, 45, of Border Street in Boston, MA, on two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and four felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of brandishing a homemade machete-type weapon in front of two people in Epping and possessing the machete and a Crossman airgun rifle on Nov. 12, 2022.
