Seacoast Men Arraigned for Breaking and Entering in Mass.
Career criminals Brandon Simmons and Keith Babcock have been arraigned in Massachusetts after an incident earlier this year.

TEWKSBURY, MA—Two New Hampshire men have been arraigned on charges related to a home break-in in Tewsksbury, MA, last year, according to press reports.
Lowell District Court stated that Brandon Simmons, 28, of Causeway Street in Seabrook, NH, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, larceny over $250, and malicious destruction of property stemming from a felony arrest warrant from a Feb. 29, 2016, home break-ins.
His alleged accomplice, Keith Babcock, 33, of Raymond Drive in Seabrook, was arraigned on similar charges in May.

Simmons has a pretrial conference date of July 15, and Babcock has a pretrial date of June 22.
On Feb. 29, at approximately 2:45 p.m., members of the Tewksbury Police Department responded to a residence on William G. Drive for a reported housebreak.

The homeowner had discovered a suspicious motor vehicle in his driveway and subsequently confirmed that his home had been broken into. The homeowner was able to follow the vehicle as it fled from the area. The suspect vehicle was operating recklessly and was stopped by Andover Police just into Andover.
The driver of the suspect vehicle that fled the scene of the Tewksbury housebreak was reportedly identified by Andover Police as Simmons. Andover Police arrested Simmons in March on charges of operating to endanger, possession of burglarious tools, possession of a Class A substance (heroin), and marked lanes violation.
A second individual, Babcock, also allegedly fled William G. Drive on foot, and was located by Wilmington and Andover K-9 units inside a shed in the rear of an Andover residence. Andover Police subsequently arrested Babcock for the following offenses, which occurred in Andover: possession of a Class A substance (heroin), and breaking and entering (shed for a misdemeanor). In addition, Babcock had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Separate of the offenses which occurred in Andover, Tewksbury Detectives requested the issuance of felony arrest warrants from Lowell District Court for both Simmons and Babcock for breaking and entering during the daytime for felony, malicious destruction of property over $250, and larceny over $250 and the warrants were both issued in connection with the Feb. 29 break-in.
