Sheriffs Arrest Atkinson​ Man for Burglary, Robbery, Reckless Conduct

Plus, Derry, Weare men ordered arrested by a judge for VOP and a Raymond man was arrested for marital non-support.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs recently.

Jonathan Bombach, 38, of Kent Farm Road in Hampstead, was arrested on March 25, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 5 grams, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Daniel J. Gallien, 26, of Bristol Court in Derry, was arrested on March 24, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing on a heroin possession charge.

Chad A. MacBrien, 34, of River Road in Andover, MA, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an original charge of cocaine possession and a bench warrant for driving after revocation.

Randy L. Britton, 54, of Pierce Road in Raymond, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on two counts of contempt capias-marital non-support.

Jeremiah M. Remy, 21, of Millstream Drive of Atkinson, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of theft, on a judge’s order to arrest for robbery, five counts of reckless conduct, conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, on a judge’s violation of probation on an original charge of burglary, VOP on two theft charges, VOP for receiving stolen property, a Plaistow District Court warrant for criminal mischief, warrants out of Seabrook for operating after revocation and willful concealment, warrants out of Exeter for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest, and warrants out of Pelham for criminal mischief and reckless conduct.

Todd A. Wilbur, 34, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope on an original charge of heroin possession.

Patrick R. Boissoneault, 37, of Vista Ridge Drive in Londonderry, was arrested on March 21, 2017, three counts on a judge’s order to arrest.

Jessica C. Evans, 32, of South Stark Highway in Weare, was arrested on March 20, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.
