Derry Man Violates Probation on Heroin Charge: Sheriff

Plus, Maine prisoner arrested for burglary, Salisbury man arrested for receiving stolen property, and Concord man faces heroin charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

James S. Wilbur, 34, of Warren, ME, currently incarcerated, was charged on Sept. 30, 3016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a burglary charge.

Todd A. Wilbur, 33, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for a probation violation of a heroin possession charge.

Jennifer A. Tousignant, 37, of Hanover Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea-sent on a Buprenorphine possession charge.

Eric C. Wyatt, 28, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-heroin possession.

Ryan M. Bishop, 29, of Dock Lane in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on Sept. 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-receiving stolen property, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-two counts of theft.
