• Dartmouth Health lays off 124 employees and eliminates 303 positions (keenesentinel.com) — Dartmouth Health, based in Lebanon, is cutting 124 jobs and eliminating 303 open positions at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and its clinics to address a large budget deficit. Leaders say patient care should not suffer, but several programs, including Tele-ICU and Tele-ED, are being scaled back as the system works to rein in rising costs.
   

• Cloud Street Kids brings much-needed play space to Lebanon (vnews.com) — A new indoor playroom, Cloud Street Kids, is opening soon on Hanover Street in downtown Lebanon, offering a calmer, sensory-friendly space for children ages 0 to 10. Local parents will find open play, birthday party options, memberships, and accessible features designed with different ability levels in mind, all steps from Colburn Park and other favorite downtown spots.
