Derry Man Arrested by Sheriffs for Violation of Court Order

The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County’s Sheriffs:

Michael Elwood, 42, of Hume Avenue in Medford, MA, was arrested on Oct. 30, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest on a theft by unauthorized taking.

Tara L. Senter, 33, of Prospect in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 30, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest on Oct. 30, for court fees on a possession of cocaine charge.

Leonard J. Willett, 68, of Pingree Hill Road in Auburn, was arrested on Oct. 29, for speed.

Ryan M. Bishop, 29, of Dock Lane in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on Oct. 29, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge, receiving stolen property, and two counts of theft by deception.

Dennis A. Wrenn, 48, a homeless man now located in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 27, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Mark R. Schwartz, 42, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton, was arrested on a judge’s order on Oct. 27, for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

James T. Birkbeck III, 41, of Gillander Avenue in Auburn, ME, was arrested on Oct. 26, on a failure to appear at a final pre-trial hearing on two counts of burglary.

Phineas T. Fogg, 33, of Long Pond Road in Washington, was arrested on Oct. 24, on failure to appear on a heroin possession charge.

Boucher Guy, 51, of North Sore Road in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 22, of an order to arrest for violation of a court order.

Julie E. McGlone, 34, of Country Club Lane in Sanford, ME, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a original charge of charge.

Devon M. Hinkson, 23, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 22, on a judge’s order to arrest on VOP on a theft charge.

Dawn K. Fox, 45, of Merrick in Peachtree, GA, was arrested on Oct. 22, on a bench warrant of VOP on a shoplifting charge.
