According to police, officers were sent to the Radisson Hotel on Elm Street at around 12:40 p.m. for a report of a man who was allegedly not leaving his room.
Employees alleged that Maloof was causing a disturbance inside of his 11th floor room. He eventually complied, according to police, removed his items and walked downstairs to the main lobby area. When he arrived in the lobby, Maloof allegedly refused to leave and began arguing with hotel staffers, demanding a refund.

“The officers physically escorted Maloof to his vehicle, which was parked in the adjacent parking garage,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. “Maloof continued to act disorderly with the officers and once again refused to leave the area.”
Later though, he entered his vehicle and backed out of his parking spot, allegedly at a high rate of speed.
“His actions caused him to collide with another legally parked vehicle,” O’Keefe noted. “The officers had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by his vehicle. They witnessed the reckless act and ordered him to stop his vehicle, but he refused and drove toward the main gate. The gate prevented him from leaving and allowed the officers to catch up to him.”
Maloof allegedly locked himself in his vehicle and wouldn’t get out, according to police. Later, he reportedly got out of the car. But when he was taken into custody, Maloof allegedly “fought with officers and refused to comply with the arrest” so he was Tased and tackled to the ground.
Maloof is due in court on Nov. 20.
