Mass. Men Busted on Drug Charges: Londonderry Police Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — Charles R. Boccello, 38, pictured right, of Fairway Drive in Derry, was arrested at 5 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and falsifying physical evidence. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in a Nissan Maxima on Kendall Pond Road.

Joseph G. Medaglia, 30, pictured upper left, of Elm Street in Derry, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2017, on two counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another. He was arrested on a warrant.

Saumaro Bernard, 24, pictured lower left, of Spring Street in Malden, MA, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Also arrested was Joseph Aby, 25, of Milton, MA, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and Stanley Julce, 24, of Somerville, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, operating without a valid license, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. They were arrested after a report of a larceny or fraud incident at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet warehouse on Garden Lane.
