New Year’s Eve Crash Leads to Second DWI Charge: Londonderry Police Log

Derry man arrested again, this time for criminal liability, and Pelham man arrested for reckless conduct, operation, theft, other charges.

LONDONDERRY, NH — Henry T. Pratte, 57, pictured upper left, of Goffs Falls Road in Manchester, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Sanborn Road.

Joseph G. Medaglia, 30, pictured upper right, of Elm Street in Derry, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2017, on two counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another. He was arrested on a warrant at home.

Jaymi L. Uphold, 24, pictured lower left, of Mill Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for driving while intoxicated-second offense and open container of alcohol. She was arrested after a crash on Mammoth Road. A passenger of the vehicle was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol levels. Back in February 2015, she was arrested on a tampering with a witness charge in Londonderry, in July 2014, for simple assault in Derry, and shoplifting in Salem in February 2013.

William J. Gervais, 36, pictured lower right, of Shore Drive in Pelham, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2016, for reckless operation, child restraints required, yellow line violation, disobeying an officer, theft/shoplifting, reckless conduct, and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. He was arrested on a warrant on Birchwood Drive.
