NY Man Arrested on Theft from a Building Charge: Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — William Cassedy, 71, of Oakridge Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant at his home.

Dustin Martin, 37, of Sanborn Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2016, on a warrant. He was served at home.

Christopher Lavallee, 38, of Veandergrift Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2016, for criminal threatening. He was arrested on a warrant.

John A. Fierley, 55, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant on Springfield Court.

Thomas A. Pineault, 70, of Stage Coach Circle in Londonderry, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant a home.

Gregory Harris, 38, of Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for attempt to commit theft from a building. He was arrested after police were sent to Market Basket on Garden Lane for a report of a shoplifting incident.
