Elderly Stratham Man Indicted On 5 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Rockingham County Court Indictments
Deerfield, Durham felons indicted on knife charges; thief indicted on new Newington theft charges; Derry woman faces drug, 3rd DUI charges.
BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Natasha Lynn Meroski, 45, a transient now located in Ossipee, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Newington on Feb. 1, 2025, and attempting to steal merchandise on March 1, after being convicted of theft twice before, according to the indictments.
Elizabeth Ann Mudgett, 41, of Wiswall Road in Durham, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a knife, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-meth, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of fentanyl and 1 ounce of meth on Feb. 14 in Brentwood. The knife accusation occurred on the same day in Kingston. Mudgett is a felon due to two prior theft convictions in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2022.

Marcus Lee Miller, 36, a homeless man now located in Rochester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Nov. 9, 2025, in Epping.
Zachary S. Mikell, 41, of Cotton Road in Deerfield, on two felony counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon-a straight blade and a large knife on Nov. 5, 2025, in Raymond.

Kelly W. Moccia, 40, of Derry Way in Derry on falsifying physical evidence-committed while on release and possession of fentanyl-subsequent-committed while on release charges, both felonies, as well as driving under the influence-third offense, two breach of bail, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges. She was accused of swallowing the drugs to impede an investigation on Route 28 in Derry while out on bail on Oct. 27, 2025. Previously, according to the indictments, Moccia was convicted of two counts of DUI on Oct. 22, 2025, in Derry District Court.
James Scott Morgan, 44, of Carberry Drive in Derry, on assault by prisoners and attempted assaults by prisoners charges, both felonies. He was accused of putting a headlock on and taking a swing at a corrections officer on Dec. 25, 2025, in the Rockingham County Jail.

Karis P. Neal, 31, of Prospect Street in Rochester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of using another person’s debit card multiple times between Oct. 30 and Nov. 17, 2025, in Portsmouth to steal more than $1,500.

Thomas Neal Olson, 49, of Chapparel Drive in Londonderry, on habitual offender, possession of amphetamine, and possession of psilocybin with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on Nashua Road in Londonderry on Jan. 12, 2025, in Londonderry. Olson was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, according to an indictment.
Rochel M. Pamphile, 39, of Connolly Road in Avon, Massachusetts, on a felony count of receiving stolen property. He was accused of retaining a stolen Honda Accord sedan valued at more than $1,500 in Portsmouth.
Robert V. Paquette, 77, of Bunker Hill Avenue in Stratham on five felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern. He was accused of sexually assaulting and of fondling a boy between Jan. 10, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2015, in Northwood, Stratham, and Rockingham County.
Rayshawn T. Patton-Brisbon, 40, of Conifer Hill Road in Danvers, MA, on two felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon as well as DUI, DUI-aggravated-attempt to elude police, criminal mischief, and two counts of disobeying an officer. He was accused of speeding, driving off the road, and ignoring roadway markers during a state police chase on Interstate 95 and the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth on Nov. 22, 2025.
Raymond Eric Peabody, 53, of Cleo Circle in Rochester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in merchandise from Target in Greenland on Oct. 13, 2025.
