• Londonderry (NH) to Provide Ambulance Services for Neighboring Litchfield (jems.com) — Londonderry officials have approved a three-year contract to provide ambulance and dispatch services for neighboring Litchfield, funding five new Fire Department positions that are projected to net the town about $192,000 in the first year. After hours of tense debate over costs, staffing, and taxpayer risk, councilors unanimously backed the deal, which will significantly increase call volume but also expand ambulance coverage for Londonderry residents.
   

• Londonderry resident sues town over veteran tax credits (unionleader.com) — A Londonderry Army veteran is suing the town over when increased disability tax credits should have kicked in, arguing she lost out on $1,000 in relief. At the same meeting where her case was mentioned, councilors approved park repairs, fire equipment upgrades, a business rent abatement, updated fire alarm rules, and revised general assistance guidelines affecting local residents.
