Town officials argue manufacturers knew or should have known the gear could expose firefighters to harmful "forever chemicals," and they want a jury trial to help cover millions in replacement costs statewide. 
• Londonderry likely to release town manager investigation findings in weeks (unionleader.com) — Londonderry residents are waiting for the release of investigation findings into fired Town Manager Shaun Mulholland, as a local journalist presses in Rockingham County Superior Court for access to the records under New Hampshire's Right-to-Know Law. Town attorneys say a second, ongoing probe justifies withholding documents for now, while a judge set a follow-up hearing for November and kept jurisdiction to resolve any future disputes.
