In 2 Separate Cases, Concord Residents Face Charges In Merrimack
One faces domestic violence and motor vehicle charges while the other was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge last weekend.

MERRIMACK, NH — Two Concord residents were arrested during the weekend in Merrimack on charges and held without bail, according to police. At around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, officers were patrolling the area of Camp Sargent Road and Dobson Way when they observed a vehicle involved in a motor infraction. The vehicle was stopped and police spoke with the driver.
There was also a woman in the passenger seat, noted Sgt. Richard McKenzie of the Merrimack Police Department.
"The operator told the officer that he did not have his license with him and provided a false name," McKenzie said.

Later, the officer identified the driver as Jason A. Rowan, 42, of an unknown street address in Concord. He was found to have a criminal bail order prohibiting him from being in contact with a victim who was also the passenger in his vehicle, claimed McKenzie.
"A records check indicated that his driver’s license was also suspended and he had arrest warrants out of Concord and Bow," McKenzie said

Rowan was arrested and charged with stalking-domestic violence, operating after suspension-second offense, and disobeying an officer. He refused bail and was held. Rowan was scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
On Sunday, police were sent to a residence in Merrimack for a report that a second Concord resident, Tonya Delia, 48, of Willard Street, had allegedly indirectly contacted a protected party at the home, according to Sgt. Brandon Gagnon of the Merrimack Police Department.
"Upon investigating the matter, it was learned that Delia had caused a third party to contact the protected party in violation of a court order issued by the Concord District Court," Gagnon stated. "She was subsequently arrested without incident."
Delia was processed and held without bail. She was due in Merrimack District Court Monday.
