Concord Man Faces Domestic Violence, Strangulation Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Clay Cry, born 1995, of Boscawen, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2019, on a possession of methamphetamine charge at the Burger King on Hall Street.

Justin A. Patrick, born 1985, of an unknown address, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Sept. 13, on a bench warrant outside of The Granite Group on Storrs Street.

Randy R. Moffett, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on Sept. 12, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested on Clinton Street.

Steven A. Maxfield, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Sept. 11, on a theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charge after an incident on Green Street.

Jeremey Miller, born 1974, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Sept. 9, on two domestic violence-violation of a protective order charges. A woman filed a complaint against Miller who was accused of contacting her via email at home and while she was dropping off her children at school in East Concord even though there was an active restraining order against him. The officer attempted to contact Miller via a family member but was unable to reach him. The officer eventually tracked him down working for a company in Auburn. The affidavit accused Miller of admitting to sending the messages and he was requested to turn himself into the nearest police department. Miller was arrested later and held.

Morgan T. Fontaine-Wilmot, born 1994, of Laconia, was arrested on a theft charge at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road at 1:56 p.m. on Sept. 7.

James David Dobson, born 1988, of an unknown address, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Sept. 6, on disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, breach of bail, and two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident on South Main Street.

Gene E. Fournier, born 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Sept. 5, on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge on Sheep Davis Road at the Granite State Credit Union.

Jason A. Rowan, born 1977, pictured, of Concord, was arrested at 6:28 a.m. on Sept. 4, on domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangle, second-degree assault, domestic violence-simple assault, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested in the Fisherville Road area of the city.
