Alleged Crack Cocaine Dealer Indicted

Plus, others indicted on drug, burglary, weapons, and theft charges.

Christopher Matte, 44, of River Road in Hudson, was recently indicted on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug. It’s alleged that on Nov. 12, 2013, in Pelham, he sold tetramethylcyclopropanoyl and April 23, 2014, in Pelham, aminomethyloxobutan to police officers.

George W. Palmer, 24, of Clocktower Place in Nashua, was arraigned on criminal threatening and reckless conduct felony charges. On Aug. 9, 2014, it’s alleged that he pointed a .40 caliber firearm at a man and fired the weapon into the ground.

Jeremiah Reichl, 25, of Pine Hill Road in Hollis, was also indicted on a criminal threatening felony charge for allegedly threatening the same man as Palmer on Aug. 9, 2014, in Nashua.

Chelsea Parker, 26, of Clocktower Place in Nashua, was arraigned on a felony habitual offender charge, for allegedly knowingly operating a motor vehicle on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Aug. 15, 2014, after being certified as a felony habitual offender in December 2013.

Michael Patierno, 34, of Vine Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony receiving stolen property charge for allegedly retaining possession of a handgun, knowing that the gun had been stolen from its owner, sometime between July 1, and July 20, 2014.

Steven B. Potter, 23, of last known address of River Road in Hudson, was indicted on a forgery felony for allegedly writing a check to himself from another person’s account at St. Mary’s Bank in Nashua on May 28, 2014.

Tanner Ricciardi, 23, of Beech Hill Road in Mont Vernon, was arrested on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges for allegedly taking a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta and a digital voltage meter on July 11, 2014, in Milford, from its owner. Ricciardi was convicted of previous charges in April 2014.

Giana Robichaud, 50, of Ash Street in Nashua, was indicted on felony theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am on April 1, 2011, from a Hudson resident.

Helen Romeo, 41, of Alice Drive in Concord, was indicted on a felony drug possession charge in Merrimack on July 5, 2014. It’s alleged that she was in possession of cocaine after previously being convicted of a drug charge in November 2012.

Luis Ruiz-Gonzalez, 22, of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted on five counts of felony sale of narcotic drug charges for allegedly selling crack cocaine in Nashua on June 12, June 18, June 24, June 27, and June 30, 2014, reportedly in concert with Yahira Acevedo-Torres.

Amanda Sandy, 25, of Salem Street in Nashua, was indicted on two burglary and one theft by unauthorized taking charge, all felonies. It’s alleged that Sandy, along with Ernest Iannotti, entered the garage and home of a man in Nashua and stole a wallet and .22 Colt firearm on July 28, July 29, and July 30, 2014.

Martin Sheehan, 24, of Locke Street in Nashua, was indicted on two possession of a narcotic drug, second offense, charges and a burglary charge, all felonies. It’s alleged that on May 16, 2014, he sold fentanyl and heroin after previously been convicted of possession in May 2013. He was also indicted for allegedly entering a Tilton Street garage, reportedly with Seth Stephens.
