Alleged Drug Dealer, Second-Degree Assaulter Indicted: Roundup

Nashua woman indicted for common nuisance, Hudson man indicted on seven child rape charges, Litchfield whiskey theft leads to felony charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Jose Deleon, 29, of New Searles Road in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, alleged on July 8, 2016, in Nashua.

Brock Demers, 31, of Dudley Street in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, possession with the intent to sell-fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl. The alleged incidents occurred on June 3, June 21, June 30, and July 7, 2016, in Nashua.

Jason Desautels, 43, of Woodhawk Way in Litchfield, for second-degree assault and domestic violence, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault. On June 16, 2016, in Litchfield, he allegedly cut a family member with a knife and waved it around.

Jacqueline Disario, 55, of West Pearl Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on April 13, April 15, and May 18, 2016, to an uncover officer working for the Nashua Police Department.

Lorri Drew, 49, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for common nuisance, three counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, subsequent offense, and sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, subsequent offense. The alleged offenses occurred on Feb. 17, Feb. 25, and March 1, 2016, in Nashua. Drew was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in April 2009 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Daniel Driscoll, 55, with a last known address of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly stealing a bottle of whiskey on June 2, 2016, in Nashua. The charges were elevated to a felony due to two previous convictions for theft in February 2014 in Nashua and June 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Vincent Durham, 54, of Regina Street in Hudson, for seven felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between October 2011 and January 2016, he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 16.
