Merrimack Man Indicted on Felony ID Theft, Stalking, Privacy Charges
Plus, Derry man indicted on heroin, marijuana charges; alleged drug dealer indicted.

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough Superior Court:
Wayne Simpson, 42, of Groveland Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug (Adderall) in Nashua on Jan. 5, 2015.
Jeremy Slater, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug (heroin), allegedly to a confidential informant in Nashua on Feb. 11, 2014.

Justin Spencer, 27, of Salvail Court in Nashua, was felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly stealing a $260 jacket from JC Penny on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Jan. 7, 2015. He was previously convicted of two theft charges in 2013.
Jason Trythall, 32, of King Street in Merrimack, for two counts of identity fraud, stalking, violation of a protective order, two counts of violation of privacy, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. On Dec. 7, 2014, he allegedly obtained personal information from a person attempting to pose as them on Facebook and POF.com; communicated with a person he wasn’t supposed to after previously being convicted of a previous violation; stalked the person via text messaging after previously being convicted of stalking in 2011; used a cellphone to transmit pictures of a naked woman on Facebook; and presented a motion for withdrawal of a restraining order purported to be the plaintiff to deceive a judge.

Keith Vignola, 45, of Wyman Street in Derry, on a possession of narcotic drug (heroin) from Oct. 27, 2014, in Nashua, after previously being convicted of possession, and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute.
Corby Adkinson, 29, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault, for allegedly kicking a person in the stomach and also in the head causing bleeding in the brain on Nov. 12, 2014.
Krystal Boyle, 34, of Flagg Road in Hollis, on two counts of felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin, fentayl) on Dec. 16, 2014, in Hollis.
Henry Camire, 40, currently incarcerated, for two felony second-degree assault charges and two resisting arrest charges for allegedly choking a child in Hudson on Dec. 24, 2014, and not allowing himself to be taken into custody.
Charles Daye, 22, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two counts of possession of controlled drugs (fentanyl, marijuana), one a felony, on Dec. 17, 2014, in Nashua.
Jose A. Deleon, 27, of Pearson Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, possession of a controlled drug, simple assault-domestic violence, and criminal mischief. On Nov. 29, 2014, he allegedly pushed a woman and smashed a piece of property. He was also reportedly in possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Nelson Devarie, 49, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on five felony sale of controlled drug (crack cocaine, heroin) charges from Sept. 10, Sept. 11, Sept. 23, 2014, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in November 2009.
