Nashua Man Charged with Fighting Police After Robbing CVS Twice
Daniel Driscoll, 53, was charged with resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.

A Nashua man on Wednesday was charged with robbing the CVS on Main Street twice then fighting responding police officers.
Daniel Driscoll, 53, of 10 Chestnut St. was charged with:
- Theft (two counts)
- Resisting arrest
- Assault on a police officer
Police said on Wednesday at about 7 p.m., they were called for a theft at the CVS. Officers responded but couldn’t locate the suspect. About an hour later, CVS staff reported the same suspect came back and stole again. When officers arrived, Driscoll ran on foot to a nearby parking lot at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, police said, and officers took him into custody following a struggle.

Police said Driscoll has two previous theft charges on his record.
He was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
