Alleged Drug Dealers, Thieves, and a Sex Offender Indicted: Roundup
Nashua woman indicted for taking $5K from GoFundMe account, Hudson habitual offender indicted, woman indicted for allegedly stealing iPad.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Adam Dallaire, 32, of Caldwell Road in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, second offense, and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On Sept. 15, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold a vehicle to another man for $2,000 and failed to deliver the vehicle. On April 10, 2016, in Nashua, he was allegedly caught with the drug. He was previous convicted on a possession charge in April 2015.

Robert Delgado, 57, of Thornton Road in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl for allegedly selling less than 1 gram to a confidential informant on April 28, 2016, in Nashua.
Adriana Dion, 26, of Manchester Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,001 to $1,500). On Nov. 16, 2015, she allegedly stole an iPad and cellphone from Nashua resident.

Kyle Doherty, 28, of Riverside Avenue in Hudson, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and habitual offender, both felonies, after allegedly being stopped at the Exit 7 Park & Ride in Nashua on Feb. 25, 2016.
Lisa Dorval, 49, of Merrill Street in Nashua, for possession with intent to distribute-Oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute-Clonazepam, possession with intent to distribute-marijuana, and receiving stolen property ($1,500+). On March 28, 2016, she was arrested, allegedly with the aforementioned drugs and retained more than $1,500 worth of clothing from Kohl’s, Walmart, and other retail stores.
Ronald Duby, 42, with no fixed address in Nashua, for three felony counts of duty to report after allegedly not telling police where he was living or working in September and October 2015 as well as January 2016. He was previously convicted of duty to report in June 2012 in Grafton County.
Alberto Escarza, 41, incarcerated, for two counts of sale of controlled drug-fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute-fentanyl, all felonies. The alleged drug charges occurred on March 10, March 15, and March 16, 2016, in Milford, within 1,000 feet of a secondary school, with an individual cooperating with the Hillsborough County Sheriffs.
Frederic Everhard, 33, of Bridge Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, subsequent, on Feb. 16, 2016. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in September 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Paul Fidler, 51, of Chelsea Street in Everett, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-morphine, possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, and possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, all felonies, on March 11, 2016, in Hudson.
Krystal Gentley, 27, of Lovell Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. In November 2015, she allegedly withdrew $4,923.57 from a GoFundMe account created to pay for person’s funeral.
