Nashua man indicted for first-, second-degree assault, Laconia man indicted on check, jewelry charges, and sex offender failed to register.

NASHUA, NH – The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Cour

Wayne P. Campbell, 51, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for felony falsifying physical evidence, conspiracy to commit theft, and resisting arrest. On Feb. 12, 2016, he reportedly worked with Scott Campbell to break into a vehicle on Elmwood Drive in Hudson and ran from police. While reportedly running from police, he allegedly removed a backpack and a flashlight from his possession and concealed them beneath a tree on Wende Drive to impair a police investigation.

Christine Carrier, 36, of Mobile Drive in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Suboxone on March 8, 2016, in Nashua.

James Charland, 35, of Mason Street in Nashua, for two felony counts sale of purported narcotics-heroin and theft by unauthorized taking. The drug sales charges stem from alleged incidents on Dec. 14, 2015, and Jan. 18, 2016, in Nashua; the theft charge stems from an alleged incident involving merchandise removed from the Ocean State Job Lots in Nashua on Dec. 28, 2016. He was convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in March 2006 and April 2006.

Stephen Clark, 44, of Independence Way in Laconia, for receiving stolen property and forgery, both felonies. On Nov. 22, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly disposed of three rings, valued at more than $1,500, that belonged to his girlfriend at the time. On April 6, 2015, he allegedly uttered a check drawn on his girlfriend’s account at the People’s United Bank in Nashua for $1,200.

Damien Coffie, 33, of Newton Drive in Nashua, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine charge from March 10, 2016, in Hudson.

James Costello, 41, of Broad Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana on Oct. 15, and Dec. 9, 2015, in Nashua. He was convicted of conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act in U.S. District Court – District of Massachusetts in January 2007.

Anthony Curtis, 51, of Allds Street in Nashua, for first-degree and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. On Dec. 5, 2015, he allegedly pepper sprayed another man in Nashua.

Timothy Dobias, 29, incarcerated, for felony duty to inform on March 22, 2016, in Milford.
