Alleged Nashua Rapist, NY Fraudsters, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, Townsend woman indicted for prostitution, attempted, counterfeit drug sale, and Hollis woman, Pepperell man indicted on drug charges.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Ivelisse Rivera, 29, pictured upper left, of Ingalls Street in Nashua, for reckless conduct-deadly weapon, a felony, for allegedly swinging a knife after the arm of a man in Nashua on July 31, 2016.

Abhishek Sachdev, 32, pictured upper right, of Royal Crest Drive in Nashua, on four counts aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies, as well as two counts of simple assault and sexual assault. He allegedly digitally and physically raped a woman and assaulted her face with his hand and genitals, and kissed her against her will, on July 12, 2016, in Nashua.
Christie Sanchez, 38, of the Essex County House of Corrections in Middleton, MA, on a felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, four counts of possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, Zolpidem, Vyvance, Oxycodone, and driving while intoxicated. She was allegedly stopped while driving on Sept. 3, 2016, in the parking lot of Walmart in Hudson.

Wayne Shay, 34, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, and resisting arrest or detention, after an alleged incident on Sept. 4, 2016, in Hudson.
Joseph Smith, 31, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, subsequent, allegedly on June 19, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession on March 24, 2016, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Lucarrie Smith, 22, of Martin Luther King Boulevard in White Plains, NY, for organized retail crime enterprise, two counts of credit card fraud, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. On Sept. 2, 2016, he allegedly used another person’s credit card at Best Bet Stateline and Ayotte’s Market in Hudson.
Gabriel Young, 26, pictured upper middle, of Secor Place in Yonkers, NY, for two counts of credit card fraud, receiving stolen property, and organized retail crime enterprise, all felonies, from an alleged incident on Sept. 2, 2016, at Best Bet Stateline in Hudson.
Jessica Surprenant, 32, pictured bottom left, of Apple Lane in Hollis, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, a felony, alleged on June 23, 2016, in Nashua.
Christi Terrell, 23, pictured bottom center, of Brookline Street in Townsend, MA, for prostitution and attempted sale of counterfeit drugs. She was arrested on July 25, 2016, in Nashua.
Brian Waterman, 41, pictured bottom right, of Bemis Road in Pepperell, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 1, 2016, in Nashua. He was out on bail at the time of the drug arrest, on other charges, according to the indictment.
