Alleged Rapist, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Nashua man indicted for strangling a woman and Hollis man allegedly threatens to shoot another man.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

Holly Demanche, 31, of High Street in Hudson, for possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, both felonies. She was allegedly caught with the drugs on Jan. 12, 2016, in Nashua.

Jesse Dobson, 22, of May Street in Rochester, for possession of a narcotic drug (heroin-fentanyl mix), second offense, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana). On Nov. 23, 2015, he was allegedly in possession of the drugs in Nashua. Dobson was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Nashua District Court in April 2012.

Kenneth Dufresne, 32, with a last known address of Flint Pond Road in Hollis, for two felony counts of criminal threatening. On Jan. 30, 2016, he allegedly stated, “I will put a hole in your chest,” while pointing a handgun at another man.

Jane Dussault, 19, of Autumn Leaf Drive in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a narcotic drug and a single possession count, all felonies. On Sept. 23, Oct. 5, and Oct. 15, 2015, she allegedly sold heroin and/or fentanyl to a cooperating individual of the Nashua Police Department. She was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine on July 4, 2015, in Nashua.

Eric Edwards, 26, of North Street in Jaffrey, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Dec. 16, 2015, in Nashua.

Cesar Escarraman, 41, currently incarcerated, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug (oxycodone, crack cocaine) with intent to dispense, subsequent offense. He was convicted of possession of a controlled subsequent in April 2015 in Quincy MA District Court.

Christian Evinson, 21, of Tiffany Road in Salem, for possession of cocaine, subsequent on Sept. 15, 2015, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in July 2012 in Salem District Court.

Dominic Nyamweya, 42, of Mallwood Avenue in Dracut, MA, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Bridge Street in Pelham on May 16, 2015.

Miguel Pagan, 34, of unknown address, for four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. Between Oct. 30, and Oct. 31, 2015, he allegedly raped a Nashua woman while pinning her body and choking her.

James Page, 58, of Skyline Drive in Nashua, for two counts of second-degree assault, both felonies, for allegedly strangling a woman on Oct. 1, 2015, in Nashua.

Joseph Prescott, 33, of County Drive in Laconia, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Nov. 27, 2015, in Hudson, he allegedly took control of a debit card and a credit card of another man. He was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in May 2005 in Carroll County Superior Court and shoplifting in May 2004 in Laconia District Court.

William Raymond, 51, of Elm Street in Milford, for second-degree assault, eight counts of felon in possession, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On Oct. 31, 2015, in Milford, he was allegedly in possession of a crossbow, knives, and throwing spikes. He allegedly put one of the knives to a man’s throat and stated, “I will kill you,” and also cut the man, according to the indictment. Raymond was convicted of theft by deception in Hillsborough County Superior Court in June 2004.
