Nashua Drug Sweep Nets 14 Arrests

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police said they arrested 14 drug dealers during a city-wide sweep this week.

Police were assisted by the FBI and a state drug task force. Police said the sweep targeted dealers selling heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana.

These are the individuals arrested:

• Jane Dussault, 19, of 4 Autumn Leaf Drive Apartment 9, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on three counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense. Dussault was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections where she was held on $75,000 cash or surety bail.
• Nicholas Lepine, 19, of 72 Chestnut Street Apartment 1, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine. Lepine was released on $5,000 cash bail.
• Michael Marquis, 49, of 29 Temple Street Apartment 214, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on three counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin. Marquis was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections as he refused bail.
• Topacio Baez, 27, of 1 Beauview Apartment # 25 was arrested and charged with three counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine. Baez was released on $5000.00 cash or surety bail. Baez is scheduled for arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua Court on January 12, 2016.
• Angela Peno, 39, of 42 Kinsley Street Apartment 8, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, one count of Possession of Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute, Heroin, Second Offense and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Ritalin, Second Offense. Peno was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on $75,000 cash or surety bail.
• Wilfredo Cruz, 40, of 29 Kinsley Street, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense, and one count of Criminal Liability for the Conduct of Another to Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine. Cruz was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections with a $75,000 cash or surety bail.
• Sonya Nedd, 52, of 26 Hanover Street apartment A, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on three counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Second Offense. Nedd was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections with a $75,000 cash or surety bail.
• Richard Smith, 31, of 1 Tolles Street was arrested and charged with two counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug Heroin and was held on $10,000.00 cash or surety bail.
• James Campbell, 54, of 46 Spring Street Apartment 3, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on four counts Acts Prohibited: Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine. Campbell was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on $100,000 cash bail.
• Jessica King, 30, of 7 Hanover Street apartment B, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, and two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Substance Representative of Heroin. King was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections with a $75,000 cash or surety bail.
• Lawrence Nelson, 30, of 104 Walnut Street apartment 7, Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Second Offense, and one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense. Nelson was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections with a $50,000 cash or surety bail.
• Andrea Shamp, 23, of 38 Hood Road, Brookline, New Hampshire was arrested on one count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin. Shamp was released on $200 cash bail.
• Daniel Hebert 59, of 373 Lafayette Road Apartment #204, Hampton, New Hampshire was arrested on four counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense and was held on $100,000.00 cash or surety bail.
• Ulysses McMillan, 29, of 14 Newland Avenue, Hudson, New Hampshire was arrested on two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense. McMillan was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections with a $50.000 cash bail.

Police said anyone who information about drug activity is asked to contact the narcotics hotline at 603-594-3597.
