Alleged Rapist, Heroin and Fentanyl Dealers Indicted

NASHUA, NH - Brian Levesque, 43, currently incarcerated, for two felony counts of sale of narcotic drug (heroin), second offense. On July 23, and Aug. 3, 2015, he allegedly sold the drug to a cooperating individual working for the Nashua Police. He was convicted in September 2000.

Theresa Lindley, 48, of Savage Road in Milford, for two felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (fentanyl). On Sept. 22, 2015, she allegedly sold the drug in Milford to a cooperating individual working for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Michael Allan Marquis, 49, of with a last known address of Temple Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (heroin). On Sept. 17, Sept. 18, and Oct. 9, 2015, he allegedly sold heroin in Nashua.
William Meadows, 27, with a last known address of Amherst Street in Milford, for felony possession with intent to distribute and sale of a narcotic drug (amphetamine) on Nov. 17, 2015, in Milford.

Desmond Mighty, 26, of Landing Circle in Windsor, CT, for felony criminal restraint. On June 17, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly confined a girl through force on the ground in front of a women’s bathroom and struck her.
Michael Vose, 25, currently incarcerated, for two counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug (heroin), second offense. On June 17, and June 18, 2015, in Nashua, for allegedly selling the drug to a person cooperating with the Nashua Police. He was convicted of possession in March 2010.
James Watson, 19, with a last known address of Amory Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug.
Darrin White, 35, of Dana Drive in Hudson, for felony possession of cocaine and two counts of resisting arrest. On Aug. 1, 2015, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of cocaine. On Aug. 9, 2015, he allegedly resisted arrest on Temple Street in Nashua.
Shane Zimmerman, 31, with a last known address of Robinson Road in Nashua, for burglary and criminal liability for theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On July 28, 2015, he allegedly broke into a home on Cadogan Way and while reportedly working in concert with Zenon Tomaszewski, stole a television valued at between $500 and $1,500.
