Armed Career Criminal Indicted On Drug, Weapon Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Mass. man indicted on Milford burglary incident; woman accused of forgery in Nashua; Manchester man faces stolen car charge in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Daren Innie, 51, of Nashua on armed career criminal, three possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, and two convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a .45 caliber Colt revolver and a blackjack on June 29 in Nashua after previously being convicted on burglary in 2005, 2011 and 2014, robbery in 2005 and 2011, and acts prohibited in 2005 and 2011 in both Merrimack and Hillsborough counties.

Darren Killeen, 50, of Beech Street in Westborough, Massachusetts, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Giovanni Rivera to steal jewelry from the Jeweler’s Workbench in Nashua on June 27.

Shane Kimball, 40, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of working in concert with Tara Senter to retain a Nissan Altima owned by Budget that he probably knew to have been stolen on Aug. 12 in Merrimack.

Kassie Kowack, 33, of Shelley Drive in Hudson on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of dropping crack cocaine out the driver’s side window of a vehicle she was operating on Dracut Road in Hudson on June 1.

Jamie Lafond, 40, of South Street in Milford on possession of meth and possession of buprenorphine charges after an incident on July 6 in Milford.

Erica Lake, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and meth, charges on Aug. 1 in Nashua.

David Laing, 50, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Kohl’s in Nashua on March 11, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, Lake was convicted on theft charges.

Walter Lamirande, 41, of Smith Street in Lowell, MA, on burglary, receiving stolen property, and controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Nashua Street in Milford between Aug. 10 and Aug. 12, possessing tools and computer parts owned by other people, and possessing the drug in Milford on Aug. 12.

Sasha Lemoine, 34, of Vine Street in Leominster, MA, on theft by deception and forgery charges. She was accused of attempting to pass a fraudulent check and steal $26,876.21 from a Santander Bank account belonging to Falvey Finishing Company in Nashua. David Logo, 66, of South Hampton Street in Boston, MA, or Gleason Street in Dorchester, MA, on two felony forgery charges. He was accused of uttering a check off the account of Redmond Fleet in Hudson on Aug. 22.
