Hollis Man Accused Of Swinging Knife At Another: Indictments

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

David Rutledge, 56, of Federal Hill Road in Hollis on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of raising a knife and swinging it at another man in Hollis on June 17.

Esmael Teixeira, 38, of Highland Street in Hudson on a possession of marijuana with intent to sell-subsequent charge and two counts of felon in possession of a weapon, all felonies. He was accused of being in possession of a Colt 1911 pistol, a Smith & Wesson revolver, and marijuana on July 11, 2020, in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, Teixeira was convicted on a delivery of cannabis charge in Illinois in 2013.

Patricia Tompkins, 38, of Central Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Merrimack on April 16.

Marquise Tuff, 26, of Patterson Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge after being accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Feb. 16.

Avery Wick, 49, of Major Drive in Nashua on a felony possession of clonazepam charge on May 2 in Nashua.

Amber Girouard, 36, of Ridge Street in Nashua on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of buprenorphine, possession of amphetamine, and possession of tramadol charges, all felonies, on March 3 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a controlled drug act charge in October 2016 in Nashua District Court.

Tori Goulette, 44, of Gorman Avenue in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and falsifying physical evidence charges on May 18 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in July 2019.

Brian Heselton, 35, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge as well as three counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon — a large knife and two large hatchets in Merrimack on April 23. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a burglary charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2014.

Jason Kasilowski, 45, of Jewett Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two robbery and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing the Market Basket on Lowell Road in Hudson on Dec. 7, 2020, by pushing one employee and punching another. He was also accused of stealing three 24-ounce Twisted Teas on Feb. 9 and six 24-ounce Twisted Teas on Feb. 10 at the Rusty Lantern Market in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in 2017 and 2020.

Darren Killeen, 49, of Beech Street in Westborough, MA, on a felony possession of amphetamine charge in Hudson on June 24.

Christina M. Lajoie, 41, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony insurance fraud charge. She was accused of knowingly defrauding an insurance company about a motor vehicle accident on Jan. 10 in Nashua.
