Hudson Man Indicted On Drug Sales Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Merrimack and Milford men indicted on strangulation charges; man accused of threatening to kill woman; Nashua drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Ronald Moreen, 25, of Lake Street in Nashua on a two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and methamphetamine, charges on March 10 in Hollis.
Alexandria Murphy, 31, of Concord on two felony forgery charges. She was accused of uttering checks on the account of S. Levesque Corp. for $950 each in Pelham on Feb. 22 and Feb. 27.

Nathaniel Newton, 25, of Gilbert Drive in Merrimack on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 18 in Merrimack.
Jason Peloquin, 44, of Concord Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 2 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in November 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Andrew Perez, 36, of Whitney Street in Nashua on a felony common nuisances charge. He was accused of maintaining a Cadillac CTS that he knew Robert Kissane, a drug-dependent person, was illegally keeping and selling fentanyl in, according to the indictment, in Merrimack on April 22.
Jose Perez Atanacio, 63, of Amherst Street in Nashua on criminal threatening, two second-degree assault-domestic violence, and two criminal threatening-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of cutting the forearm and finger of an intimate partner with a box cutter, threatening to kill the intimate partner, and threatening to “get” another person on May 23 in Nashua.
Marc Peron, 58, of Chandler Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and attempting to conceal the baggie on May 4 in Nashua.
Jovanni Philbrick, 29, of Mason Road in Milford on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on May 16.
Nicole Pontremoli, 35, of Yorkway Drive in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. She was accused of striking a child in the face and causing a mark on April 23 in Nashua.
Dyllon Potvin, 23, of Bridge Street in Manchester on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing a firearm from a home to impair an investigation on April 26 in Nashua.
