Nashua Man Indicted On Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Hollis teen accused of distributing child sexual abuse images; Hudson man accused of drug dealing; Merrimack drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Brandon Gilbert, 20, of Long Avenue in Nashua on three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges as well as tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl and making the girl fondle him, between Jan. 1, 2017, and Dec. 21, 2021, in Nashua, and then attempting to get the girl to withhold information between Nov. 1, 2021, and March 31, saying, “If you say anything about it, I will come and kill you,” the indictment said. Ryan Gorman, 44, of Franklin Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 27 in Hudson.

Justin Hart, 23, of Elm Street in Northfield on a felon in possession charge-brass knuckles on May 20 in Nashua. He is a felon due to a burglary conviction from Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2019.
William Janowicz, 76, of Union Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of using Facebook to attempt to entice or lure a person he believed was a child into sexual assault on Dec. 29, 2021, in Nashua.

Erik Johnson, 19, of Proctor Hill Road in Hollis on a felony distribution of child sexual abuse images charge. He was accused of sharing a video of a 17-year-old girl engaged in sexual activity on Snapchat and Instagram on multiple occasions on Dec. 27, 2021, in Brookline.
Lucas Jones-Farlow, 22, of Worcester Street in Nashua on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of pushing a man to the ground, flashing a knife, and stealing money from another man on June 5 in Nashua.
Jason S. Justason, 47, of Chapel Lane in Merrimack on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on April 28 in Nashua.
Kristie L. Kilgore, 31, of Russell Hill Road in Wilton on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. She was accused of drunken driving in Wilton, crashing, and severing several fingers on April 9.
Robert Kissane, 61, of Lily Court in Hudson on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of meth. He was accused of possessing and dealing drugs in Merrimack on April 19.
Jeremy Lurie, 29, of Ridge Street in Nashua on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, forgery, and theft charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to pass a fraudulent check at the Bani Mini Mart on Jan. 22. The drug charge was from May 3.
