Nashua Drug Sweep Nets 14 Arrests: ICYMI

NASHUA, NH — A drug sweep in Nashua Tuesday netted 14 arrests, police said.
Arrested were:
- Cathy Simard, 55, of Auburn Street in Nashua, for one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug; heroin, felony and one count of possession of controlled drug, Clonazepam, felony.
- Marc Peron, 52, of Auburn Street in Nashua, was charged with one count of criminal liability for conduct of another; acts prohibited: sale of controlled drug, heroin, felony, one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug; heroin, second offense, felony, possession of controlled drug heroin with intent to distribute, second offense, felony, enhanced penalty in excess of five grams, and one count of common nuisance, felony.
- Johnny Reyes, 20, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested for two counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, heroin, felony, and one count of possession of controlled drug heroin with intent to distribute, felony, and one count of possession of controlled drug; Suboxone.
- James Blount, 50, of Bowers Street in Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, heroin, felony, and one count of falsifying physical evidence, felony.
- Ethan Mayou, 26, of Tolles Street in Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, Oxycodone, felony and one count of unlawful possession of prescription drugs, felony.
- Elisha Payne, 26, of Summer Street in Nashua, was charged with one count of criminal liability for conduct of another to sale of controlled drug, felony, and one count of possession of controlled drug Oxycodone with intent to distribute, felony.
- Sean Walker, 24, of Mallard Point Road in Merrimack, was charged with one count of possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, marijuana, felony, and one count of possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, cocaine, felony.
- Michelle Paige, 23, of Lake Street in Nashua, was charged with possession of controlled drug.
- Ricky Michaud, 46, of Camp Bello Street in Hudson, was charged with one count of possession of controlled drug, heroin, felony, second offense, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, Suboxone, felony, second offense.
- Anthony Clark, 20, of Nevada Street in Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, Xanax, felony and resisting detention.
- Corey Mccrady, 30, of Elmwood Court in Hudson, was charged with one count of possession of controlled drug; heroin, felony, second offense and one count of possession of controlled drug; Suboxone, felony, second offense.
- Joseph Parent, 36, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on an active warrant for two counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug; heroin, felony.
- Dakota Gladstone, 18, Lock Street in Nashua, was charged with possession of controlled drug; marijuana.
- Eric Tanguay, 40, of Groton Street in Nashua, was arrested on an active federal out of town warrant, whom was previously released on bail stemming from a previous Nashua Police Department Drug Investigation.
The “drug impact initiative” according to Lt. Kevin Rourke of the Nashua Police Department was put together by the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit, Traffic Unit, and the New Hampshire DEA HIDTA task force.

All but one person was held on cash or no bail pending arraignments in court today. Anyone with information about drug activity in Nashua is urged to call the department’s Narcotics Hotline at 594-3597 or utilize the Nashua Police Department’s website nashuapd.com.
