Londonderry Man Accused Of Order Violation In Merrimack
Brendon Daley was arrested and held without bail after an incident on Thursday in Merrimack; standoff with police on Friday in Londonderry.
MERRIMACK, NH — A Londonderry man was arrested on Friday accused of knocking on the door of the home of a protected party in Merrimack on Thursday.
Police were sent to a home in town around 7 p.m. after a resident accused Brendon Daley, 38, of Bayberry Lane in Londonderry of violating a protective order.
After an investigation, police “determined that Daley was in fact served with a protection order which prohibited him from being within a certain proximity from the victim,” according to Lt. William Gudzinowicz of the Merrimack Police Department. He accused Daley of arriving at the victim’s home and knocking on the door.

Daley, however, was accused of refusing to accept the warrant and a standoff ensued. According to Londonderry police, eight officers, four sergeants, two detectives, and two lieutenants were involved in resolving the warrant service case. The standoff with Daley was “brief,” Gudzinowicz said.
Daley was charged with two counts of resisting arrest or detention along with the warrant.
After being processed and bailed out, Daley was taken to Merrimack where he was processed and held without bail. He was arraigned on Nov. 5.
