Nashua Man Indicted for Allegedly Raping, Stabbing Girlfriend

Plus, alleged cocaine dealer indicted, Manchester man indicted for beer bottle assault, and Lowell Sun employee indicted for welfare fraud.

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Carlos Marti, 32, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, for felony uttering a false/forged prescription on July 12, 2019, allegedly for oxycodone at Walgreen’s in Nashua.

Anthony Martinez, 23, of Elm Street in Nashua, currently incarcerated, for 12 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, all felonies, two counts of first-degree assault-domestic violence, all felonies, three counts of felony kidnapping, five counts of second-degree assault, strangulation-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, two counts of domestic violence, criminal restraint-domestic violence, all felonies, as well as obstructing the report of a crime, seven counts of simple assault-domestic violence, seven counts of domestic violence, three criminal threatening counts, and criminal trespass. The charges stem from alleged incidents between May 21, and Aug. 28, 2015, in Nashua, against his girlfriend. He allegedly raped her, stabbed her with a machete, fractured her rib, and strangled her.

Dakota W. Maxwell, 25, of Quiron Street in Manchester, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and riot. On Aug. 23, 2015, in Wilton, he allegedly struck a man with a beer bottle, kicked and punched the man, and engaged in violent conduct with two other people creating a risk of public alarm.

Deanna McIntyre, 38, of South Main Street in Nashua, for felony welfare fraud for allegedly collecting food stamps, medical assistance, and Medicare while intentionally failing to disclose income from the Lowell Sun, which would affect her eligibility for the benefits. The amount was more than $1,000.

Andrea McNeil, 29, of Cross Street in Nashua, for felony possession of controlled drug (zolpidem) on Sept. 18, 2015, in Nashua.

Hector Melendez-Roman, 35, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug, second offense (oxycodone) on Nov. 25, 2014, in Nashua, allegedly involving 30 pills for $690. He was convicted in October 2005 in Nashua District Court.

Jeremy Moncado, 25, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony possession (cocaine, alprazolam) on Sept. 26, 2015, in Nashua.

Roshun Austin, 35, of unknown address in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between Aug. 7, and Aug. 8, 2015, he allegedly stole four Playstation consoles from Costco in Nashua.

James Avery, 18, of Arlene Drive in Belmont, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Oct. 10, 2015, he allegedly stole a Ruger 9 mm handgun from a home in Nashua.

Lisa Baker, 38, of Patch Road in Hollis, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Aug. 7, 2015, in Nashua.
