Man Indicted on Brutal Domestic Assault Charges: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers indicted, others indicted for possession, and a reported ID fraudster indicted on numerous charges.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Hector Mojica, 59, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of controlled drug acts prohibited. In February and March of 2016, he allegedly sold cocaine to an agent of the Nashua Police Department. He was previously convicted of criminal sale of a controlled substance-fifth degree in New York County Supreme Court.

Avery Morrow, 22, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on six count of possession of a controlled drug, subsequent, (Buprenorphine, Lorazepam, Alprazolam, Oxycodone, Clonazepam), and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, all felonies, in March 2016. She was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Nashua District Court in April 2012.
Mim (no last name, also known as Michelle Martinez), 46, incarcerated, for two counts of theft by deception ($1,501+), and two counts of identity fraud, all felonies. In March 2016, she allegedly posed as another woman and cashed two checks from another person’s account at TD Bank in Nashua.

Jonathan S. Nuno, 26, of Bowery Street in Nashua, for two counts first-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-strangulation, all felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child. On March 6, 2016, he allegedly struck a woman in the head repeatedly while wearing boots as well as hitting, kicking, and stomping on her head, and slamming her head into a cabinet door. He also allegedly strangled her and did so while there was a child present.
Michelle Paige, 23, of Lake Street in Nashua, for felony possession of Suboxone from March 26, 2016, in Nashua.
Miguel Perez, 35, incarcerated, on seven counts of possession of controlled drug, second offense, (fentanyl, Buprenorphine, Lorazepam, Oxycodone, Amphetamine, Aprazolam, Clonazepam) all felonies. He was convicted in March 2007 in Rockingham County Superior Court of sale of a narcotic drug.
Adam Pierce, 25, of Torrey Road in Nashua, for two counts of possession of a controlled drug (Clonazepam, Alprazolam), both felonies, on Feb. 25, 2016, in Nashua.
Robert Redman, 24, of Lock Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense-fentanyl, on May 18, 2016, in Nashua after being convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court in March 2015.
