Manchester Man Faces Child Sex Images, Prostitution Charges
Jayson Juttner faces charges in Merrimack. He was accused of slashing a Concord teen's throat in 2004 and convicted on arson, other charges.

MERRIMACK, NH — A Queen City man who was accused of attempted murder in Concord 15 years ago is facing numerous charges after a multi-month investigation into prostitution and other charges in Merrimack. Jayson Juttner, 34, of Dix Street in Manchester is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South Dec. 12 to face manufacture of child sexual abuse images, possession of child sexual abuse images, endangering welfare of a child or incompetent and prostitution charges. The case against Juttner began, according to Det. Jeffrey Sprankle of the Merrimack Police Department, in May after the department's Criminal Investigations Bureau began working with the NH Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force about a possible prostitution case involving a child under 18.
"During this investigation, it was discovered that Jayson Juttner had asked a person under the age of 18 to produce sexually explicit images via electronic communication," Sprankle said. "The juvenile sent the requested images to Juttner, which were sexual in nature, through a social media application on their cell phone. Juttner had also offered to provide the juvenile with a quantity of money for sexual services."
Merrimack police drafted an arrest warrant and with the help of cops in Salem, located Juttner and he was arrested and held on cash bail.

"Juttner subsequently posted bail and was released from Valley Street Jail," Sprankle added.
Juttner, according to previous reports, has a long criminal history. Back in March 2004, Juttner, then 19, was living on Thompson Street in Concord and was accused of slashing the throat of a long-time friend, another teenager, on Perley Street, while they were watching MTV. The attack, press reports and police stated at the time, was unprovoked.

Two years before, when he was living in Hudson, Juttner was accused of setting a neighbor's house on fire, according to the Nashua Telegraph. In March 2002, court records stated that he was on several medications including anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, and stimulants. Police in Hudson accused Juttner, then 17, of being involved in a burglary and arson case where Juttner's knife was reportedly found at the scene. After some prodding, Juttner told DiNapoli that voices had told him to light the fire, the Concord Monitor reported at the time.
Juttner received a plea deal in the arson case and was supposed to be places in a residential psychiatric facility, the report stated. Other reports in the Telegraph and New Hampshire Union Leader noted previous breaking and entering, trespass, assault, and mischief charges in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as an extensive juvenile criminal history and times in facilities.
