Manchester Men Indicted for Drive-by Shooting

Plus, Nashua woman indicted for stealing Social Security check; Hudson man indicted for assaulting a woman.

Tina Ayuso-Ayala, 50, of Railroad Square in Nashua, was indicted for sale of a controlled drug, a felony. It’s alleged that on June 26, 2014, in Nashua, she sold cocaine to an undercover Nashua Police officer. Previously, she was convicted in 1994 of a felony sale of a controlled drug charge.

Justin Becotte, 30, of Depot Road in Windham, was indicted on felony possession of a narcotic, cocaine, possession of marijuana, driving after suspension, driver’s license prohibitions, and operating with a suspended registration after a traffic stop on Nov. 2, 2014, in Nashua.

Katherine Castillo, 23, of Clocktower Place in Nashua, was indicted for possession of cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. It’s alleged that on Oct. 25, 2014, while on Main Street in Nashua, she was in possession of cocaine and threw it into the air in an attempt to keep police from collecting the evidence.

Cecilia Delarosa-Svendbye, 50, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony forgery charge for allegedly defrauding a man of $580 on Sept. 24, 2014, in Nashua.

Mark J. Devarney, 50, of Lowell Road in Hudson, was indicted on second-degree assault, a felony, and two simple assault charges. He allegedly struck a woman repeatedly on Dec. 14, 2014, causing a fractured rib, struck her in the face, and ribs, causing other injuries.

Jonathan Flynn, 18, of Allen Street in Nashua, was indicted for felony burglary after allegedly entering into a home on Dec. 3, 2014, in Hudson, when he was not privileged to.

Wanda Garcia, 48 of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge for allegedly taking control of a Social Security check and depositing $2,000 in her own personal account.

Fernando Velazquez, 25, of Benson Avenue in Nashua, was indicted on felony possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a controlled drug charges. It’s alleged that he had 0.5 grams of cocaine and less than 5 grams of marijuana in Nashua on Aug. 23, 2014.

Darrion Weekly, 20, of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted on two counts of attempted first-degree assault, possession of a controlled drug, two counts of attempted murder, and two counts of reckless conduct, all felonies. It’s alleged that on Aug. 27, 2014, Weekly alleged shot a firearm at a man in Nashua and attempted to murder another man in Nashua while also possessing cocaine. The bullets also struck two nearby homes.

David Weekly, 18, of Willow Street in Manchester, and Herrick Road in Lyndeborough, was indicted for two counts of criminal liability to attempted first-degree assault, two counts of criminal liability to attempted murder, and reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as unsworn falsification.

Brandon Yates, 30, of Broad Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony duty to report charge for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender between Sept. 22, and Oct. 6, 2014, in Nashua. He was convicted in April 2011.

Fernando Anton, 23, of Willow Street in Manchester or Wason Avenue in Nashua, was indicted for burglary, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, all felonies, and two simple assault charges. It’s alleged that on Sept. 27, 2014, he broke into a home in Nashua, bit a woman in the lip, choked her, and pushed her to the ground. He also allegedly bit a male in the home.
