Mass. Man Indicted for Stolen Merchandise Incident in Merrimack

Plus, Salem man indicted for drug possession and incarcerated man indicted on four rape charges.

The following people were indicted by Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

James N. Karos, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, was indicted for seven felony sale of controlled drugs, subsequent offense (heroin, methadone, buprenorphine) in September 2015.

Emily S. Kerton, 30, of Henrietta Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception. On Nov. 17, 2014, she allegedly cashed a fraudulent check at the Digital Credit Union in Merrimack.

Brian Levesque, 43, incarcerated, on four felony sale of a narcotic drug, second offense (heroin, fentanyl). Reportedly in concert with Melissa Quigley, he allegedly sold drugs to an individual working with the Nashua Police in August 2015. He was previously convicted in Nashua District Court in September 2000.

Michael Libby, 37, incarcerated, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of controlled drug (fentanyl), both felonies. On Sept. 7, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly threw a sunglass pouch with drugs in it into the Nashua River in order to impair police during an investigation.

Jacob Madden, 24, of Lancaster Farm Road in Salem, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) and driving while intoxicated, second offense. On Sept. 22, 2015, he allegedly drove a vehicle in the parking lot of Planet Fitness in Nashua while under the influence of a narcotic. He was previously convicted of DWI in Salem District Court in May 2010.

Jacub Maldonado, 20, of Bridge Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Sept. 19, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly stole a .22 caliber Ruger firearm and then hid the gun in a trash can.

Dahelak Mannia, 32, incarcerated, on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies, for allegedly sexual assaulting a woman while she was intoxicated and indicated by speech or conduct that she had not given consent on March 12, and March 13, 2015, in Nashua.

Kyle Melhorn, 22, of Paige Road in Bow, for felony convicted felons. On Aug. 17, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly was in possession of a knife after already having been convicted of second-degree assault in 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Bryan Parker, 24, of Abel Road in Rindge, for possession of controlled drug (heroin) and possession of controlled drug with intent to dispense (heroin), both felonies, after an alleged incident in Milford on Oct. 13, 2015.

Jeyson Perez, 30, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony criminal liability to receiving stolen property on Sept. 2, 2015, in Merrimack involving more than $1,500 worth of Nike merchandise.
