Merrimack Man Arrested After Road Rage Incident: Police Log

Plus, a Hebron woman was bagged allegedly trying to bring marijuana into court and a Manchester man was arrested for DWI after crash ATV.

MERRIMACK, NH — Michael Delong, 50, pictured far right, of Four Seasons Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2017, and charged with negligent driving and disorderly conduct. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop back on Aug. 4, according to Merrimack Police, after a witness reported a possible road rage incident. The incident was investigating with police speaking to “multiple witnesses,” and Delong was arrested. He’s due in court on Oct. 5.

Jeffrey L. Kaveckas, 33, pictured middle right, of Janet Lee Court in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2017, for operating under the influence of liquor after allegedly rolling over his ATV near Griffin Street. Kaveckas was reportedly injured during the crash and was assisted by Merrimack Fire and Rescue teams but officers allegedly detected signs of impairment. He was charged later and is due in court on Sept. 28.

Melissa Stanton, 23, pictured left middle, of North Mayhew Turnpike in Hebron, was arrested on Sept. 5, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after allegedly attempting to pass through Merrimack District Court’s security checkpoint with the drug. Brian Digiacomo, 49, pictured far left, of South Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2017, for operating after suspension-subsequent offense, operating without proof of financial responsibility, and breach of bail conditions. At just before 12:30 a.m. on Baboosic Lake Road, an officer stopped a vehicle for a motor vehicle infraction. The officer learned that the driver had a suspended license and was arrested. He’s due in court on Sept. 28.
