Merrimack Man Arrested Again – for Felony Mischief

Police: Timothy Dulac allegedly cut copper piping in a rental property in 2014.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man was arrested earlier this year had a court date last month on a felony criminal mischief charge, according to police. Timothy E. Dulac, 44, of Winrow Drive in Merrimack, allegedly cut copper piping in a rental property he had been residing in on Griffin Street two years ago.

Dulac was arrested for the alleged 2014 incident and charged with a felony. He was given a court date of Nov. 17, according to a press statement by Detective Scott Park of the Merrimack Police Department. Dulac was released on personal recognizance bail.

A month before he was arrested for allegedly cutting the pipe, Dulac was arrested on a drunk driving and a weapons charge, according to a post on Merrimack NH Patch. In January 2015, he was arrested for allegedly threatening a family member.
