Merrimack Man Indicted on Shotgun Threat Charge: Roundup

Plus, alleged Nashua burglar and drug dealers indicted and a man was also indicted for knife threat.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Anthony Smith, 48, of Matthew Drive in Merrimack, for criminal threatening, domestic violence, and reckless conduct-domestic violence, all felonies. On Oct. 18, 2016, he allegedly pointed a shotgun at a woman who was an intimate partner and threatened her with it in Merrimack.

Jeffrey Russo, 32, of Beacon Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender, for allegedly driving on Amherst Street in Nashua on Aug. 26, 2016.

Ryan Solan, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, for two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl, subsequent offense, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, allegedly on Aug. 22, 2016, in Nashua. Solan was previously convicted of possession of controlled drug in February 2016.

Neal Sullivan, 51, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening, allegedly on Sept. 4, 2016, for holding a knife in front of another person and stating, “I will kill you,” or words to that effect.

Bryan Tibbetts, 29, of Russell Street in Nashua, for felony burglary, allegedly on Sept. 22, 2016, on Russell Street in Nashua.

Tricia Teebom, 33, of Meetinghouse Road in Merrimack, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly on July 27, 2016, in Nashua.

Lindsey Tierno, 27, of Ritter Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Aug. 5, and Sept. 5, 2016, in Nashua.

Lyle Yearling, 30, of Canongate Road in Nashua, incarcerated, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and reckless conduct, both felonies, and obeying an officer. On May 11, 2016, he allegedly sold the drug, raced out of the parking lot of the Motel 6 at a high rate of speed nearly striking police officers, and refused to stop for police, according to the indictment.
