Nashua Man Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges: Merrimack Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Aneudi Matos Montero, pictured upper right center, 20, of Fairmount Street in Nashua, was arrested on OUIL-liquor, OUIL-per se, and minor in possession of alcohol charges on Jan. 19, 2020. At around 1:50 a.m., an officer was called to a hotel for a report of an intoxicated person leaving the area in a vehicle. The officer found the vehicle running in the parking lot with a man seated in the vehicle. After speaking with Montero, the officers "observed possible signs of impairment due to the consumption of alcohol" and he was arrested. Montero is due in Merrimack District Court on Jan. 28.

Solymar Garcia Uribe, upper left, 19, of Hayward Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 18, on a facilitating underage alcohol party. At just before 11:30 p.m., police were sent to a hotel for a report of underage drinking in one of the rooms. After a brief investigation, police said Garcia Uribe had rented the room and was arrested. She's due in Merrimack District Court on Jan. 28.

Agustin Damian Jr., upper left center, 18, of Ayers Road in Canterbury, was arrested on Jan. 18 on a minor in possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested around 11:30 p.m. at a hotel after officers "observed signs of impairment." He's due in court on Jan. 28.

Shane Murphy, upper right, 33, of London Court in Merrimack, was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking charge on Jan. 1. He was arrested at the Valley Street Jail on a warrant issued by police concerning a stolen Play Station 4 console. Murphy is due in court on Jan. 28.
