Nashua Woman Indicted On Strangulation Charge: Court Roundup
Plus: Mass. sex offender indicted on 5 duty to inform charges; teen indicted on drug dealing charge; and robbery indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Michael Moore, pictured upper left, 28, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on a felony robbery charge. He is accused of being armed with a deadly weapon while committing a theft on Aug. 11, 2019, in Nashua.
Edward Mottau, upper right, 51, of Motteau Drive in Lyndeborough, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 28, 2019, in Wilton.

Shane Murphy, lower right, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony possession of methamphetamine charges on Sept. 30, 2019, in Nashua.
Ryan Noel, upper left center, 31, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He is accused of retaining possession of a 2015 Cadillac ATS belong to another person as well as miscellaneous property owned by a second person in Hudson on June 25, 2019. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on a theft charge in Nashua District Court in October 2008 and a receiving stolen property charge in December 2013.

Jessica Parker, left middle, 35, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and two domestic violence-second degree assault charges. She is accused of threatening an intimate partner with a hammer, stating, "I'm going to get you with this," as well as strangling and wrapping her arm about her partner's neck on Oct. 27, 2019, in Nashua.
Robert Pavlas, left center middle, 18, of Linjay Circle in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-delta-9 tetrahydrocannibinol with intent to distribute charge on Sept. 30, 2019, in Nashua.
Stephen Pierce, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of alprazolam and possession of buprenorphine, both felonies, on Oct. 10, 2019, in Nashua.
Jeano Plante, lower left center, 27, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. Plante is accused of retaining a stolen New Hampshire dealer registration plate belonging to Express Motorsports on Oct. 4, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, Plante was convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in April 2012 and receiving stolen property in May 2013.
Patrick Potter, upper left center, 29, of Central Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on five felony duty to report charges. He is accused of failing to complete a sexual offender registration form on Aug. 9, 2017, Feb. 9, and Aug. 9, 2018, and Feb. 11, and Aug. 9, 2019, with Nashua police. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of duty to report in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2016.
Jake Powers, lower left center, 22, of Roosevelt Avenue in Hudson, on a felony robbery charge. He is accused of pulling a cellphone out of another person's hand on Oct. 15, 2019, in Hudson.
Daniel Przystac, center right, 31, of Candia Street in Nashua, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He is accused of stealing construction equipment valued at more than $5,000 from Hudson Paving on June 1, 2019. Between July 16, and July 23, 2019, he's accused of taking more than $1,100 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Nashua.
