Nashua Woman Arrested on Criminal Threatening Charge

Lori Pirozzi allegedly brandished a knife, made a slashing motion, during a road rage incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlets mall.

NASHUA, NH — A local woman is scheduled to be arraigned in court next month after an alleged incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlets mall in February, according to police. Lori Pirozzi, 41, of Kessler Farm Road in Nashua, was arrested on March 13, 2017, on a criminal threatening warrant.

A woman on Feb. 21, lodged a complaint with police about a possible road rage incident at the entrance of the mall, according to Chris Dowling of the Merrimack Police Department.

“The victim stated that another driver, later identified as Lori Pirozzi, cut her off while exiting the mall, then brandished a large knife out the driver’s side of the car and motioned it towards the victim in a slashing motion,” Dowling said.

A warrant was issued and Pirozzi "cooperated with the investigation and surrendered without incident," Dowling stated.

Pirozzi is scheduled to be arraigned on April 13.

This is at least the fourth time the Pirozzi has been arrested during the last two years, according to posts on Patch.

In February 2015, she was arrested for drunk driving. A few weeks later, she was arrested on Wilson Hill Road for operating under the influence. About a month after that, she was charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and breach of bail conditions.
