NH Woman Flashed Uber Driver During Louisiana Robbery: Cops

Rayna Fillios, previously of Merrimack, and Anthony Kennedy, formerly of Nashua, face numerous charges after an alleged robbery and assault.

HARAHAN, LA — Two former Granite Staters are in trouble with the law in Louisiana after they allegedly robbed an Uber driver, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayunne. Rayna Fillios, 22, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2018, for being a principal to armed robbery and second-degree battery. Also arrested was Anthony Kennedy, 24, for attempted armed robbery, second-degree battery, resisting an officer and violation of an order of protection.

According to the report, at just before midnight, Fillios reportedly requested the driver to come to her home although didn’t state the reason why. She had previously used the driver's services, the report noted. When she opened the door, the driver was allegedly greeted by a topless Fillios. The pair exchanged words and Fillios, he alleged, appeared to be teasing him, so he left.

Fillios then allegedly pulled him in, kissed him, and bit his tongue while Kennedy allegedly approached. She reportedly let go after Kennedy allegedly brandished a knife and demanded all his money. When the victim refused, Kennedy allegedly punched the driver, knocking his tooth out. The driver called police and Kennedy then allegedly fled. Cops reported that Fillios pretended she wasn't involved in the incident when they came to investigate.
