NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Danielle N. Flynn, 35, of Donna Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Jan. 9, 2016.

Anna Gaidmore, 25, with no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of oxycodone and felony possession of heroin after being arrested on Nov. 4, 2015.

Laura Gettings, 30, of Brenton Street in Litchfield, for felony possession of heroin on Jan. 17, 2016, in Nashua.

Kyle Goldberg, 28, of Talent Road in Litchfield, for felony possession of controlled drugs (oxycodone, buprenorphine, and amphetamine) and possession of a prescription drugs (meloxicam, hydroxyzine, and Cialis) on Jan. 19, 2016, in Nashua.

Nicholas Guerrero, 20, with a last known address of High Pine Avenue in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony. On Oct. 21, 2015, in Hudson, he allegedly took control of a generator valued at more than $1,500.

Nasah Johnson, 26, of Noble Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony possession with intent (crack cocaine, MDMA), two felony counts accomplice to sale of narcotics (crack cocaine, MDMA), felony sale of narcotics (crack cocaine). On Sept. 1, Sept. 16, and Oct. 1, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly aided Andre McKinnon, and also sold drugs to the Nashua Police.

Anthony Kennedy, 22, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of marijuana. On July 31, and Aug. 6, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold the drug to another person.

Kevin Kerkula, 28, of Medford Lane in Willingboro, NJ, on two felony counts of sale of narcotics (crack cocaine) and accomplice to sale of narcotics (crack cocaine) on Aug. 26, Sept. 1, and Sept. 18, 2015, in Nashua.

Emily Kerton, 30, of Pingree Road in New London, for felony possession of cocaine on Oct. 21, 2015, in Merrimack.

Joseph King, 23, of McKean Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug, second offense. On Dec. 16, 2015, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of fentanyl. King was previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance in February 2012 in Boston District Court.

Gregory Salas, 30, of Worcester Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between May and June 2015, he allegedly worked in concert with (removed) to obtain unauthorized control of more than $1,500 worth of items from Home Depot on Milford Road in Merrimack.

Sheryl Smith, 59, of Tyler Street in Nashua, for felony financial exploitation of elderly. Between January and July 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly acquired control of a man’s credit and debit card information and “through the use of undue influence,” used the cards to purchase between $1,000 and $1,500 worth of goods and services.

Timothy Smith, 35, of Tolman Street in Lowell, MA, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug (cocaine, fentanyl), second offense. On Sept. 11, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold the drugs after previously being convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Ayer MA District Court in May 2014.
