MERRIMACK, NH — Two women from Massachusetts will be in court Thursday after being arrested on Christmas Eve at the Merrimack Premium Outlets mall. Officers were sent to the mall for a report of a clothing theft at a store around 1:15 p.m. The officers watched security video of the individuals involved in the incident and wrote down their descriptions. A short time later, according to Sgt. Sean McGuire of the Merrimack Police Department, "police were able to locate the involved individuals by the food court and upon further investigation, they were placed under arrest."

Krystyana Boykins, pictured left, 19, of West Fourth Street in Lowell, MA, and Rocheli Agosto, 21, of Old Elm Street in Billerica, MA, were both charged on Dec. 24, 2019, with theft by unauthorized taking and released on personal recognizance bail. They are due in Merrimack District Court on Jan. 9.

Agosto, according to a previous post on Patch, was arrested on a receiving stolen property warrant in Chelmsford in February 2017.
