Teacher Allegedly Sexting with Underage Students, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua methamphetamine dealer, alleged Milford and Merrimack burglars, and a Tyngsborough habitual offender also indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Edwin Hernandez, 43, of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent, fentanyl, and endangering the welfare of a child, on June 1, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January 2009.

Adam Holman, 32, of Elm Street in Milford, for four counts of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. He allegedly burglarized a home on Rousseau Heights in Greenville in March and allegedly stole jewelry valued at more than $1,500 from family members.
Christopher Hughes, 30, of no fixed address, for felony possession of amphetamine on Feb. 20, 2016, in Nashua.

Gary Iota, 59, of Middlesex Road in Tyngsborough, MA, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving in Nashua on the Everett Turnpike on June 10, 2016, after being deemed a habitual offender.
Donald Jennings, 30, of Brook Street in Nashua, on five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to (distribute-fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine), allegedly in April 2016 in Nashua. Jennings was previously convicted of a drug offense at a Horry County SC Court in July 2013.
Adam Joyce, 31, of Tie Street in Campton, for possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, allegedly on June 2, 2016, in Nashua. Joyce was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in 2008.
Brian Kelley, 33, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, and sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, allegedly on May 19 in Nashua.
John Kelly, 37, of Dourin Way in Merrimack, for felony burglary. On March 29, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Bow Court.
Bruce Lanctot, 40, of Stark Street in Nashua, for two counts of certain use of computer services prohibited and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Between 2015 and 2016, he allegedly communicated with two children on Grindr, as well as text messaging platforms, who he believed to be under the age of 16, to engage in sex acts and sexting. Between 2015 and 2016, he allegedly requested visual presentations of them with their genitals lewdly displayed.
