Temple Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua sex offender indicted on duty to report charge; Mass. men accused of retaining stolen motorcycle; convicted stalker faces new charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Gabriel Rojas, 30, of Lowell Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on an accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of being aided by Antonio Rojas and Juan Velazquez in retaining control of a 2016 Aprilia RSV4 motorcycle belonging to another person on May 18, 2020, on Abbott Farms Lane in Hudson, according to the indictment.
Sean Alan Ross, 31, of Broadway in Amherst on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 8 in Hollis.

Margaret Smith, 36, of Kecy Road in Brookline on a felony habitual offender charge. On Aug. 15, 2021, she was accused of driving a Honda CR-V on Ash Street in Brookline. Smith was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in June 2016.
Jonathan Sturtevant, 32, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order on Sept. 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Sturtevant was indicted on a stalking charge in January 2021.

Kenneth Sullivan, 79, of Stonegate Farm Road in Temple on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern and sexual assault charges. In Temple, he was accused of fondling a child between April 1998 and April 2000.
Richard Sullivan, 81, of Cypress Lane in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to inform Nashua police of his residency on Aug. 31. Read more about this case here: Nashua PD Arrests 5 NH Men On Sexual Exploitation Of Children Charges
Alexis Tyler, 22, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Ricardo Mayor to possess more than an ounce but less than 5 pounds of marijuana on Sept. 27.
